Prices
The tourist package price is determined by how long is the stay, witch solutions is better for you and the facility chosen.
You find a place from 2 by 12 persons
Examples:
2 persons two nights euro 110,00 + facility choose breakfast, dinner, laundry, kitchen area
4 persons 7 nigths two bedrooms euro + facility choose
6 persons 7 nigths three bedrooms euro + facility choose
8 persons 7 nights four bedrooms euro 875,00 + facility choose

Euro 300,00 low season
Euro 450,00 medium season
Euro 600,00 high season
Special price for groups that rent all the house.

Bookings:
For reservation you can tell us in advance by telephone or the form below, how many persons, which facility and which period you want.
Reservation is accepted when you receive confirmation by our email back.

Payment Procedures
Resrvation can be made with credit card or bank draft, euro-cheque, postal-cheque and must be sent within 7 days
1. credit card number can be sent by E-mail or Fax to
(++39 0 571409606).
2. Deposit 30% in advance by bank draft, euro-cheque, postal-cheque.
And then balance of the package price paid upon arrival. Should the deposit or credit card number not be received as scheduled, the reservation is not accepted.
Customer Cancellations
Customers can cancel bookings notifying the Organisation. Customers cancelling bookings shall pay a deposit and a fine as follows:
10% of the total value of their stay ifcancellation occurs from 59 to 30 days before their arrival date
40% of the total value of their stay if cancellation occurs from 39 to 15 days before their arrival date
65% of the total value of their stay if cancellation occurs from 14 to 5 days before their arrival date
100% of the total value of their stay if cancellation occurs after such date.
Replacements
Other people can replace customers who cancel as long as the organiser is informed in writing at least 5 days before the scheduled departure date.
